Alejandra has a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from de Instituto de Estudios Superiores de Occidente (ITESO). Since then she has been working as a consultant excelling in Project Management, Developing Leadership Skills, Strategic Planning, and Organizational Development. She is a bilingual consultant that excels because of her discipline, empathy, customer satisfaction, and leadership skills. Alejandra’s mission is to have a positive impact on the people she interacts and works with every day to create a more equitable, educated and competitive country. She believes that the only way of changing México it’s through an active participation and that motivated her to lead the social program PUPILO and accept the invitation to take the Presidency of Jóvenes Coparmex Jalisco in 2016.
Genaro is the founder of GTC and a bicultural business consultant with a proven track record of success. He has experience in different industries developing the managerial skills of leaders in organizations in the United States and Latin America. He has led projects in organizations such as, the Secretariat of Economic Promotion of Jalisco (SEPROE), Grupo Bafar, First Light Home Care, Mercedes Benz, Educated Investor, Coldwell Banker, MBGE Intersistemas, ITexico, and Porsche, among others. His areas of expertise include: executive coaching, strategic planning, organizational development, systems thinking, planning approaches, continuous operations improvement, implementation of quality control systems, and key performance indicators. He is a consultant with excellent analytical qualities; he is completely oriented to execution and the achievement of results. Genaro graduated with honors from the Master of Science program in Systems Thinking Engineering and Planning, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM). He is a certified business coach, has a certification in Sales and Business Development from the University of San Diego (USD), and has taught at the San Diego Community College District (SDCCD). He has received the Distinguished Service Award by the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD), has collaborated with the San Diego Organization Development Network (SDODN), and has more than 5 years coordinating the mentorship program at the Association for Talent Development (ATD), where he collaborates as a lead mentor within the San Diego area. He is passionate about Japanese culture, trains Iaido, Aikido, has taught Karate for over 20 years, and has a third rank in black belt. He has been recognized with the Renshi title (literally “polished expert”) by the International Seishinkai Karate Union and is a member of Dai Nippon Butoku Sai, the most prestigious organization in traditional Japanese martial arts.
Juan Carlos Rodríguez
Juan Carlos brings experience acquired from working for many years at Hewlett Packard, in Engineering and Business Areas. He has excellent communication skills in English, Spanish, and Portuguese as well as broad experience in cross-country and cross-functional project management. Juan Carlos has an MBA from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Science in Electronic Engineering from the Instituto de Estudios Superiores de Occidente (ITESO). Juan Carlos is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) certified by the Project Management Institute (PMI) and is certified by the Center for Coaching Certification (CCC).
The past December 2015 Julieta finished her degree in Industrial Engineering at Instituto Tecnológico de Estudios Superiores de Occidente (ITESO). She completed her internship in consulting processes for service companies implementing continuous improvement and process control. She currently works for the firm as project manager and support consultant. She considers that the development of human resources is a strategy to the growth of any business. To create a healthy and productive work environment, Julieta believes it is necessary to promote collaboration, understanding, empathy, honesty, respect, and teamwork. Transcendence is an important goal for Julieta; her mission is to impulse chains of wellbeing and positivity into all her actions. That is why she has specialized in education with experience working for more than two years in an educational psychology center as a remedial teacher. She also has experience leading groups through her involvement with the leaders of her church youth group.
Alejandra is currently in her final semesters of Industrial Engineering at Instituto de Estudios Superiores de Occidente (ITESO). She is a bilingual consultant at GTC Consulting. She has worked in trading companies on customers’ service and administrative management. Alejandra also has experience as an intern at Continental Research and Development (Santa Anita, Guadalajara), with strategic planning and Project Development. Alejandra has experience working as a collaborator and leader in social services. She wants to be a key player in the growth of Mexican and Latin American companies.
Diego is currently studying International Business at Universidad of Guadalajara. He is in charge of coordinating administrative and marketing activities for the firm. He also acts as a support consultant for the managerial development skills program of GTC Consulting. Commitment, proactivity, and focus in results are his main characteristics. He believes strongly in the potential of companies so his mission is to promote foreign trade, and potentiate the success of companies generating social wellness in the world.
Olivia is a consultant, entrepreneur and trainer. Founder and director of the co-working firm OR Estrategia Empresarial. She is a bilingual lecturer at several universities in Mexico and abroad, and a consultant in incubators and accelerators such as Spark Up, CEGINT, and Reto Zapopan. She graduated with honors from the Master’s program in Global Marketing by the Instituto Tecnológico de Estudios Superiores (ITESO), has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Finance from Universidad Panamericana and is certified in entrepreneurship models. Her areas of expertise are in entrepreneurship projects, marketing, financial, and strategic planning. She loves challenges and has excellent leadership, interpersonal, organization, and communication skills.
Mauricio has plenty of experience in logistics and organizational development. He has been part of several continuous process improvement projects and has participated in the creation of operations manuals for companies like Honda de Mexico, Bank of America, and Pegasus. He has effective communication skills in English and Spanish, as well as a multicultural vision of business processes. He graduated from a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from the Instituto de Estudios Superiores de Occidente (ITESO).
Julián has broad experience in the marketing world, in the corporate environment (Adams, L’Oreal Group, Ferrero Group and PepsiCo), and is an entrepreneur in the biotechnology sector. He has managed commercialization projects from prospects calling, key accounts management, and the whole design of a new business model, along with his team. One of Julian’s most important skills is his fluency in Spanish, English and Italian. Julian has graduated with honors from the Bachelor ́s Degree in Marketing at the Tec de Monterrey (ITESM), Mexico City Campus. He also completed a Diploma Program in Project Management (according to the Project Management Institute) at the ITESM, Guadalajara Campus, and a certification in Social Entrepreneurship by the Global Social Benefit Incubator (GSBI) at Santa Clara University.
Andrés is an Industrial Engineer by ITESO University (Instituto Tecnológico de Estudios Superiores de Occidente). He’s a passionate mountain climber and nature lover with interest in innovation, entrepreneurship, sustainable development and environmental education. Andrés communicates in a natural way in multicultural environments in English, Spanish, and German. Some highlights from his career path are his studies in the University of Hohenheim, Germany, work with sustainable mobility and environmental protection groups in the city of Guadalajara, México and the participation in the Professional Application Program (PAP) from ITESO University “Competitive Consulting”. Andrés is a business consultant at GTC Consulting firm where he developed leadership skills to continue developing not the best leaders of the world, but the best leaders for the world.
